Valuation expert skilled in assessing shares, valuing businesses, determining goodwill, establishing normal income for entrepreneurs or directors of private limited companies (DGA), and proficient in economic damage calculations. Valuation assignments undertaken within the context of (legal) disputes or situations where value needs to be determined and there is no free market competition.
Jeroen studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and completed the Register Advisor Business Succession program. He previously worked as a controller at Rabobank and FMO Investment Bank. Since 2007, he has been working as a corporate finance advisor and valuation expert. Initially, he was employed at a medium-sized accounting firm, and from 2018 onwards, he has been with ValuePro.
As the son of a farmer, he understands the dedication required to be a hands-on entrepreneur. He is currently responsible for the family business, which is involved in both agriculture and sustainable energy production. Jeroen is especially renowned for his expertise in the field of wind energy.
